Just Rambling: A Global Countries Lottery or Game but not of Money

Had an idea…what if you create a Global Lottery/Game Between all Countries of the world, where money is not involved…What if you create a lottery/game where each of the 200 countries and the 50 states of the USA participate where the winner country, all 250 countries & States have to send: 200 personal to the winner country/state and they must plant: 10 trees each member meaning: 400,000 trees…You could do the same with water coming out of Unused rivers…The Game/Lottery is free…
